Battery draining after android 10 on Galaxy S9

Despite on medium power saving mode and dark mode, the battery has started to drain more after the android 10 update on my Galaxy S9. Is there a fix? Is anyone else facing the same? @Samsung why would do do this? 😒

Tried everything mentioned in the link.. No success. Battery is still draining more as compared to before updating to android 10.
