I had purchased Samsung S22 Ultra 05/04/22 April month. The battery backup is not good, 20 to 100% Charging with 45w charger is talking 01 hours 15 mints to charge. When remaining battery goes under 10% then it drains to 0% almost immediately, like in 5-8 minutes. Plz solve this battery problem samsung team battery update proved immediately samsung

Battery drain is real after latest update of May release 1 . Battery daily usage went from 40% to 60% , which is 50% higher , without any actual use increase, very unhappy with battery life. Phone stays warm here ambient temp is upto 40-42 degrees, but it remains warm even if temperature drops to 30-33 degrees. Sometimes holding the phone itself is a challenge due to heat.

Battery optimization helps you to boost the battery performance of your device. To check battery optimization:

Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care > Optimize > Optimize all options like Battery, Storage and Memory

Kindly turn off the smart features of the device and other connectivity features when not in use, which will eventually help you to reduce battery power consumption (smart features such as Motion gestures in advance feature and Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Hotspot, etc.).

Please follow the below steps:
1. Swipe down on the home screen to open the notification panel.
2. Tap on Bluetooth, Location/GPS, Wi-Fi, Mobile hotspot, NFC, etc. to turn off.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
