I have been facing huge battery drain issue in my samsung s24 plus which is not even 1 year old. It was CONTACTS STORAGE which used to consume maximum battery. Then I followed a lot of suggestions online via
1) I have disabled sync contacts from the multiple gmail that was logged in
2) I have moved all contacts to one Google account
3) I uninstalled Truecaller which consumed second highest battery next to Contacts storage.
4) I have set to "Restricted" for battery usage for Contacts storage app.

Nothing helped in big way. Even after doing all these contacts storage stands on top 3 in consuming battery.

Please give me a solution to this

It has been observed that the Samsung Health application may contribute to significant battery drain on certain devices. This issue has been noted even on the S25 Ultra with the One UI 8 beta . As a result, uninstalling the application has led to improved battery performance.

Dear Samsung member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we want to inform you that the usage of the battery is different for every application, some apps consume more battery depending on the screen time, network fluctuation, refresh rate, etc. Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concerns.

Note: Charge in one go instead of charging many times as it affects the life span of battery and battery performance.

1. Perform Battery Optimization: Go to Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care > Optimize > Optimize all options like Battery, Storage, and Memory.

2. Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth etc. when not in use.

3. Check device network fluctuation. Avoid usage in areas with low network/fluctuation.

4. Reduce the display brightness level or set the device to auto-brightness mode.

5. Adjust screen timeout settings: Go to Settings > Display > Screen timeout > Select the minimum screen timeout.

6. Check which application is or interface is using more battery from device care and try to update app or avoid using that app.

7. Close background running apps.

8. Turn off auto sync of e-mails, app data etc.
Open notification panel > Turn off auto sync option.

9. Update software: Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install > Check for software update > If Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now
Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.

10. Reset the device:
IMPORTANT:
• Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.

I have gone through that tough times. This was going on since s23 ultra then s24 ultra n now s25 ultra..
Tried everything via social connections, suggestions & service centre resets nothing helped. What helped me was contacts itself. The real issue is not with handset or hardware or software it's YOUR CONTACTS. Get them fixed by using app like EASY CONTACT CLEANER. It fixes all duplicate contacts by name, number & email. Once you do that your Google contacts are in good shape to get synced. Delete all your samsung contacts, phone contacts .. ONLY GOOGLE CONTACT TO BE SYNCED EVERYWHERE.
Reset your device using factory reset [( Take backup on google with updated contacts + Take backup of samsung cloud without contacts ) photos u can take backup on one drive or take it out on your laptop / desktop. What's app backup on google drive.]

SET UP GOOGLE ACCOUNT FIRST AS A NEW PHONE:
Set your phone as per instructions ( don't copy phone ) as a new phone. Take backup first from google. Add what's app accounts, restore it with your last google drive backups.
Wait for 6 hrs, let these things get settled
Add samsung account, restore your backup including apps , settings,n everything ( without contacts Or with contacts of u don't have contact on Samsung account). This complete restore including one drive photos also may take a day or so to settle.
After one or two days do 100% charge .. then deplete it to 0%.. then again charge to 100 % ..
N you are out of contact storage draining battery issue.
Do let me know if it works for you
