Is anyone facing battery drain and overheating problems while using YouTube? If there is a solution to fixing the above problem, please do help me out! I'm using the S20+ 5G.
It used to heat up a lot a month after I got the phone. I took it to the Samsung store and they said that they'll be keeping the phone under observation. I got a call the next day and they said that they cancelled the observation process as there was no problem with the phone. I highly disagree with them and the people at Samsung should be flexible as they're marketing different products as the same and they won't care about my device anymore because of the upcoming S21 series. And I'm not the only one facing these problems.
