Battery drain and device heating while using YouTube

Is anyone facing battery drain and overheating problems while using YouTube? If there is a solution to fixing the above problem, please do help me out! I'm using the S20+ 5G.

Do you face this problem only with youtube?

Yes and sometimes Device care also eats up a lot of battery (about 20% or more everyday)

okay.. thanks . Have you tried reinstalling the app? Or clear data and try again

I've uninstalled the updates for YouTube very recently and reinstalled them and the problems still persists.I clear the cache for the app everyday.

Try booting in safe mode and see if it still heats than there is a problem to your device

It heats up only when I use YouTube and the battery drains a lot for some reason because of Device care.
