Hi bought this mobile in Vietnam, S10 5G SM-G977N. I back to india few months back. I faced some battery issues. I contact service centre they said aboard model we can't provide battery. Then I contact customer care first they said we can provide it. After someday they said can't provide it.
So what suppose I need to do I don't know. Kindly help to resolve my issues.

I think Samsung does not provide international warranty services 🤔 as like Apple phones.

S10 5G isn't sold in India and there are no parts for it. 

G977N is for Korea, how it came in Vietnam?

Korea and USA only have that model you can bought it near by County even dubai also have that model

You must go there to replace your battery.

BTW, how your battery degraded?

It's shows action required, in idle also it's drain fast

Because battery has lost the percentage by time, you must travel to Korea or Vietnam to change battery.
