Hi, My galaxy S6 edge SM-G925I is facing some battery issues. It wont charge above 57%. The battery drains pretty normally from 57%. On normal usage, it gives about 7 hours backup. The phone takes about 45-50 minutes to charge from 0%-50% and then takes about 2 hours to go from 50%-57% and then it just stops charging at all. I have tried hard reset, cleaning cache multiple times and calliberating the battery but nothing seems to work. If the phone is on 2-3% and I plug in the charger, it goes straight to 8% every time. I have tried changing data cables, changing adapters ans switching to a fast charger as well but the result is the same. Can you tell me what might be the problem?
