Galaxy S
Hello, I recently bought a Galaxy S10 plus Exynos version which is just 2 months old and I notice something strange. The battery doesn't last as it's supposed to even though I've deactivated all the underground activities. I charge phone to 100% and once I remove phone from power source, within 2 to 3 mins the battery is already down to 97%.. and I find it rather disappointing for a phone that claims to have a beefy 4100mah battery.
Both standby and screen on time for this model is pathetic and underwhelming for a phone at this price point and level.
I therefore suggest that you people at Samsung mobiles should look into this and provide an update for battery stability very soon...as in very very soon!!

Galaxy SHello there,
Battery percentage may vary according to the usage (internet, call, video playback, etc..). However, if you feel that the device battery drains quickly when no function is used, please send the device to one of the service centres to discover and fix the problem. www.samsung.com/sa/support/servicelocation/.
Thank you

I cannot believe that the only solution you could provide is to tell me to send my phone back to Samsung. What is the need for a platform like this if I'm to be referred back to Samsung for every little thing
