Bad service from Samsung members

I have sent error report to samsung member and contact the samsung help center / customer service many times without any reply.
My camera being blurred after the new android 12 software and ask them to solve this issue but totally no reply and on the chat always will tell you that we will contact you for sure .. I ha e my records chat proofing the bad service e from them .

Co.paring with iPhone phones / ios software / customer service.. samsung will be very very bad

Try rebooting your device. It should clear out the bugs.

One way you can solve this issue is by downgrading the device by resetting your phone. Make sure to backup. I'll suggest you restart your device when the bug arises and hopefully it should be cleared.

Make sure your apps are updated.

Exactly , this is what happened . they have called me and asked me to do clean cash , and then please open your camera remotely to check it .. After that please visit our store , and they have ignored totally that the new software effect on my camera ..
They have reminded me of telecom company when your Internet suddenly stopped ,and they ask you ( please turn off your router then turn on )

While my wife is having a Huawei phone with technical issue , simply they have replaced the phone for her and gave her a 50 AED voucher as apologise... hehe ..
I'm shifting to hueawei very soon
