I have bought s21+ in pre order period, i received the phone only without any free items ( buds and tag). I have called your call center from 3 days now everybody said they will check and call me. In these days no one call me, I'm calling them everyday!!!!
Last call i inform them that i will open case in customer right entity to take action.
