Back Panel Vibration

I Am facing Vibration At back panel of S9 Plus . 

While playing songs or Whatever 
Is it normal ?

I am using s9 plus with cover and not facing the vibration. when I remove the cover and use it. I feel little bit of vibration near the bottom speaker.
