BATTERY NOT CHARGING

MY S20 ULTRA WONT CHARGE.

I shows super fast Charging and wont charge.

Please issue an update fixing this ASAP.

Sometimes it will charge but really freaking slow and show like 15 mins to charge 6%.

Anyone know how do we reach Samsung support?

Not the customer support...they follow the script... somebody who knows whats wrong or if they working on it and when the patch / fix for this is gonna come out?

even my m20 is not charging full and also taking a lot of time. It is stuck at 80 percent

This problem was there in my Galaxy A70 too... when it was on Android 9... To charge, I used to restart the phone after plugging it in...
The problem was resolved after I updated the phone to Android 10...

bro all are facing same issue when you are device getting heat then fast charging doesn't work remove the charger and leave the device 2 or 3 minutes then the works normally bro

same problem with s10 broo... some time it takes 30 mins toh charge 10% even after showing fast charging

is the battery percentage decreasing also? while plugged in?
