Automatically minimize full screen video

Full screen mode automatically minimizes

Every time I am watching videos they will go from full screen to the minimized size automatically.

At first I assumed he was hitting buttons or turning the mobile but I set it up on the counter top and noticed that just after a few minutes it will minimize itself with nobody even touching it.

We've looked all over at how to fix this issue but having zero luck.
