Automatic Call Recording not working - Galaxy S10 5G

Used Automatic Call Recording on Galaxy S7 for year with no problem.
Brand new Samsung Galaxy S10 5G with the newest Automatic Call Recording apk and the phone record my voice, but not the person on the line with me.

The problem started with android 9 and continuing. That should be resolved.
