I cant do that...i have many apps and files stored on my internal storage...and moreover this should not be the case as the phone is not carrier specific...we may change service providers from sim 1 to sim 2 and also may b a new network provider. Thanks for your reply

i dont know what is behind that thing.. you better ask on live chat. it started with s8 varients. no such incidents in previous series. i m using a s7 edge
