I purchased my s22 from second hand market, please someone explain call recording option available but auto call recording not showing

It's because it may be from a country that doesn't allow call recording without notifying the opposite party. Check csc of ur phone.
Since u r a 2nd user, probably u may not know and seller wouldn't have told u this.
