Galaxy SI had the exact same headache with my S24 Ultra! It’s a total mess but I finally fixed it. Since you’ve already cleared cache, the issue is actually in the system's audio buffer—it gets 'stuck' during the seek/skip operations.
Try this, it worked for me: Go to Developer Options and change your 'Log Buffer Sizes' to 4M. Also, toggle ''Disable USB audio offloading' to ON. This forces the phone to stop trying to be 'too smart' with the audio routing.
I actually followed a specific optimization guide from Soundify that mentioned these S24-specific tweaks. After doing those two things and a quick restart, my sync on YouTube and Crunchyroll went back to normal.
Give it a try—nothing is more annoying than a $1300 phone that can't even play a video properly!

Galaxy SOmg, I thought I was the only one! My S24 Ultra is doing the exact same thing since the last patch. It’s so frustrating when the audio just drifts away after skipping. I’ve tried everything too and nothing worked. Following this thread closely... hope someone has a real fix because Samsung support was useless.
