As expected Samsung will bring a better version of its refresh rate technology with Note 20 plus. This is not something new I am hearing. Previously, Samsung stopped doing these tactics but from last year Samsung started it again. Note 10 plus was a better device overall than S10 plus apart from the camera. It got faster storage type-ufs 3.0 , fast charging support , slightly better screen , new processor. This year also Samsung screwed people with S20 series by just trying to be the guys to want to achieve the tags Worlds First Features but not implement those features properly.
