Galaxy SHi Bsjevol, we're sorry to hear that. Please try the troubleshooting steps below:
Clear the cache of each of the apps you're having an issue with.
To clear an app's cache:
1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Apps.
4. Select the sort by icon next to 'Your apps'.
5. Select the switch next to 'Show system apps' and select OK.
6. Select the app you'd like.
7. Select Storage.
8. Select Clear cache.
Reset app preferences
1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Apps.
4. Select the menu icon in the top right hand corner.
5. Select Reset app preferences.
6. Select Reset.
soft reset your device. Press and hold the power and volume down buttons until the device restarts ( this will not erase data, it is just to reboot the device)

Galaxy SThe last resort is a factory reset. If the factory reset does not resolve the issue either you will need to take the device to an accredited service centre for further technical assistance.
Please ensure that your data is backed up as this will erase data from your device.
Back up data to Samsung Cloud:
From the home screen, choose Apps.
Choose Settings.
Then Samsung Cloud.
Then choose Back up my data or Restore. ...
If you tapped Back up my data, turn on each item you want to back up in the Settings menu and choose Back up now.
Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Factory data reset.
