Hi,
I have been running through an issue where some apps like whatsapp, skype, messenger, email stop working when I switch to mobile data. I only have an option to restart phone so that they can work. Can anyone help me? Is there anyone facing same issue?
I have also googled it and found it can be a glitch and mobile restart can help or resetting network settings may help. But I guess this should not be real solution to the problem. After spending hell of money on a device and facing such issue makes you frustrated eventually. Samsung! Do something.

maybe your phone needs to be restarted once and if the problem continues then you better show it to a nearby samsung store.
