Apps freezing s10+

So in recent some of my apps just don't refresh. It's like a loading sign is there and it said can't refresh. 

It's happening with most of the apps. Instagram, Facebook, zomato.

Anyone else having this issue??? Any ideas on why??#s10plus

May be all ur applications are optimized
Check sleeping app list and deep sleeping app list on devices care settings

None of the apps are on sleep or deep sleep.. even if on sleep they shd work fine as I open the app.. it just freezes and doesn't refresh.
