Can anyone suggest me how to stop game apps running on background  which keeps sending the notifications?
Does this drain the battery?
Please recommend me the tips to save the battery on S10.

Yes, apps running in the background drains battery..

Settings>applications>select that application>click on mobile data>disable background data usage>now click on battery>and restrict background activity..

Here, click on notifications and block all notifications

Follow these steps for your apps..

Now, coming to battery performance

Restrict background data usage
put unused apps to immediate sleep mode
use dark mode
apply black themes/wallpapers
turn off auto sync
turn off NFC/bluetooth/wifi(when not required)
Change display resolution to fhd+
Change AOD settings to tap to show mode

NOTE: ATTACHED SCREENSHOTS ARE FOR RESTRICTING BACKGROUND DATA USAGE

Hi there,

Stop the background running game app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps) else it will drains the battery.

If issue still exists perform the below mentioned step:

Settings > apps > select the particular game application > storage > clear cache.
