I have used the Combank Qplus payment app. However, after the last update, the app does not open. I receive the error message "app stopped." When I tried the same app on my friend's mobile, which is the same device as mine, everything worked. Both devices have the same software and app version, and they are the same model. How is this possible?

Most probably this can't happen with Samsung Software Update. Did you install the latest version of ComBank Qplus then restart the phone. And did you checked again.
