App issue

Im useing S23 ULTRA ihave some issues with some of the apps.. Basically with insta.. Can anyone help me to overcone this...

Have you updated to the latest software update? Then update Instagram.. if the problem still there just Uninstall Instagram and download it again.

Yes. I reinstall the app.. But i can't find the rewind and fast forward controls in any video.. Is that a new feature or any technical mistake?
