Hi Everyone,
I got an issue with app update. I use to see one notification daily in my mobile about app update saying that app update paused. I was trying to update with wifi and mobile data but it is not working. Please help me how to resolve this issue.

Thank You

I too faced this issue on my Galaxy S10+. Solved by uninstalling samsung NotesAdd-ons app from seetings --> Apps --> samsung NotesAdd-ons --> Uninstall. Seems like couple of apps are no longer available in playstore and this issue is happening.

Note: This issue is also with another app called "Samsung Kids"

Thanks a lot worked for me. Had the same issue with the Samsung note add-on and Samsung kids. Just had to uninstall them easy peasy!

Dear Samsung member,

Greetings from Samsung customer support.

Thank you for sharing your concern. And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.
Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.

However, we would request you to register your concern in Samsung Members Application. So, that our concern team gets back to you as soon as possible.

Please follow this path to register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).

Thank you for writing to Samsung.
Warm regard,

Just uninstall that app, and the notification will automatically go away.
