Anyone want Dex support for S10 Lite & Note10 Lite? Ask Samsung for Dex.

Hi my dear brothers and sisters.. Samsung S series and Note series are now called top end flagships.

In the line our phone S10 Lite and Note10 Lite are high end phones. S10 Lite have massive Snapdragon 855 and Note10 Lite also have powerful Exynos processor.

But so sad... We have no Dex support even having capability of Dex.

Dex is not a hardware. It depends on software only.

If they think they will give Dex support to S10 Lite and Note 10 Lite phones.

So Ask Samsung for Dex support. I already asked via Whatsapp customer helpline.

I guess DeX feature is exclusive for their flagships i.e. S and Note series.

Our phones are also S and Note series.. Having capability to run dex.

I thinks these are the features which separates S series to S Lite series.
To protect their flagship they have to do it.
Though it has the capability but if they start supporting DeX then it may increase the cost of development.

Your point is acceptable.. But these two lite phones are not cheap. But we dont have Gorilla glass 5 protection, glass build, ip rating, 90hz refresh rate. For 43000 INR they can give just Dex support. Expect this in next software update.

Heard that A series phone A90 comes with Dex support.

i think its the difference in usb port gen.
on a90 it is usb type c 3.0 (and its is also 5g)
so it supports Dex just like flagship s and note series.
it is merely a speculation but i think Dex requirs usb 3.0, that's why it is not supported in s10lite as well as note 10lite as they both have usc type c 2.0.

agree at least with a DeX Pad so that whoever wants can buy a extra accessory to use it.
