Anyone experiencing this weird animation in OneUi 5 ?

When I am closing the app there is a weird animation the app takes too much time to settle into it's position with a really bad animation. I'm experiencing this only on One Ui 5 there was nothing like this in One Ui 4. Anyone else experiencing the same? 

My device is S21fe
