In daily life we have a lot of problems. Look around yourself and try to solve a real life problem that might be you have also.

I think, the project should be research based. First, you find a problem in your surrounding then try to produce solution of that problem in the form of some app or website. Developing your project in AI would be beneficial ad AI is future.
