hi do a reply on the message from customer support regarding updates.

unboxing means for that specific model or from day of purchase. 

i.e

4 people purchase same device in different year. like januury 2020 with android _10, September 2021 with android 11, december 2022 with anroid 13 and may 2023 with anroid 13.

so will the person who purchased in jan2020 will get anroid 14 or for the person who purchased in December 2022 and may 2023 .

take s21fe sd indian variant as example.

As security patches come till 5 year so, for January 2020 wilm come till jan 2025, and for may 2023 will come till may 2028.

and same for anroid.

Bro bro s21fe will get update according to global variant and global variant is released on android 12 that's why you will get 12+4=16

Its uncertain that this phone will get upto A16 because their official website states upto A15
