Annoying nonstop beeping sound from Samsung Glaxy S10+

Annoying nonstop beeping sound from Samsung Galaxy S10+ since yesterday... it stops when tried Safe Mode or Maximum Power Saving mode...  no way to find what is the issue... notification reminder is OFF... NFC is OFF...  haven't installed any new app recently nor made any changes in setting....

Waiting for fast resolution... pls help

go to settings then sounds and vibrations then scroll down to system sounds/vibration controls
and diable everything there
