Annoyed from Samsung

My dad's S9 plus is having screen issues. Screen flickers and displays yello/green light then need to keep phone idle for a minute and it acts as nothing happened. BTW it happened after Android 10 update.

Now I am facing wifi issues after recent update with my S10 plus.

Samsung, if you are reading this post then plrase help me. I have been using Samsung since S6 edge. It is not at all good with flagships phones.

you have to post it inside feedback section of Samsung members app bro...go to Samsung members app home page ...then at bottom tap get help..then you can find feedback option....then log an issue

Please perform the below mentioned step to resolve the issue:

Check device in Safe Mode.
1. Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears.
2. Press and hold the power off icon.
To exit safe mode just restart your device.
