you mean android 8 Oreo ... Most probably by Q1 or Q2 2018

no android 9 for s7 the last update will be android 8 Oreo because it's the second major update and all samsung devices get 2 major updates only , sorry for that but you will still get the security updates till 2019

are you sure about that ? you know A 2016 series are going to reveive android 8 I mean the third major update and as samsung said it is going to be more active in providing major updates

but I don't think that's true because you know there's some devices like note 5 and s6 Series wont get new major update but we wish that samsung changed there systems of updates 😊

Actually I see in many websites that A 2016 series will get Android 8 you know why ? because the percent of selling A 2016 series was more than S6 or even Note 5 . anyway yes we hope samsung charges 😊 btw what is your phone ?
