Apple gives its user the exact time and date for the latest major updates corresponding to their regions but why does not SAMSUNG???? 

Can anyone tell ?

Apple have single version overall the world.

IPhone, IPhone Max, IPhone pro.


But here samsung and others have different versions of android. They are market, regional, distance dependent

Market having further divide into sub group.. Base on region. Then distance from kornea Samsung brand headquarter, own country.

Becuase Apple releases two device per year (Pro and Non Pro variant) and has complete control on Software and hardware thus they are more optimised and has a global launch

Apple is a single manufacturer and software updates provider. On the other hand, We have multiple models of Google, Samsung, LG, Sony and hundreds of companies manufacturing Android. It's not possible in any case as they have their own UIs
