Android 12 Beta Program in India

I own Galaxy S21 Ultra and  want to signup for the Android 12 Beta program. I am from India, Hyderabad. 

I have read in forums that Beta program would be available in India and user can sign up from Samsung Members app. But I don't see the option.

Could you please help me with the sign up?

Please change the android version. You must be wrongly write. Android 12 based One ui 4.0 beta is expected to live in India in next week. Yet it is no official confirmation.
