Android 11 update

Can anyone please tell me when the S20 FE 5G will get the latest Android 11 update in the UAE. The update has released for other countries outside the MENA region.. pls help

Till now.. its been great. I use the 5g variant and if you are planning to buy i recommend that you buy the 5g version because it comes with a better and faster chip with more battery life. The camera and battery is really good. it has a plastic back which might be a problem for some users. There are screen issues for other users . So please check your unit before you buy it. I upgraded from my S8 plus and I found a huge difference in the performance. It totally worth the price

Thank you for sharing your experience. Here we get snapdragon version on 5g variant. How long do you get the battery back up? Is the gorilla glass 3 good? And how do you find the display because we used to have higher resolution than this in s8/s9 plus. Makes any disappointment?

Also, I'm pretty sure that you will use a tempered glass screen protector anyway.. so the gorilla glass doesn't matter. Gorilla glass 3 shatters if you drop it but I guess the screen protector sloves that problem

the snapdragon variant is much better than the exnos variant as the processing power and the power management is better in snapdragon. battery holds for a full day with normal usage ( easily 8 hrs )... the charging is also quite fast. the resolution is lower but the difference is not that noticeable. the super amoled display is still great for watching movies and gaming . the 120 hz displays makes up for the lost resolution

Samsung sent notices and as per that it arrives on February 2021 I am also living in the UAE

as per the notice, worldwide rollout begins in February. but samsumg already released the software update to the rest of the world.
