I just checked with Samsung customer support for the android 11 update for s9 plus family, some positive feedback will get the update.

no samsung s9plus will get android 11 update becz acc to samsung policy flagship phones will get 3 major os update and mid range phone will get 2 so s9 plus is flagship therefore it will get android 11 for sure

That policy is applicable for S10 and above devices only.
