Hi there, this issue has been spoken earlier by other members also. If the update isn't coming to your phone. You might have to manually install it. There have been some update issues on the s10 with the Android 11 update.
Your phone is even eligible to receive android 12. So if u wait a little while longer they should release that and hopefully fix this issue. We'll have to wait and see
