Hi, I cannot seem to get Amazon prime video working on my galaxy s10 lite. I have tried all the suggested recommendations like clearing cache, restarting phone, reinstalling/updating the app but the problem still persists. The video keeps getting stuck intermittently. 
There is no wifi issues as other phones connected to the same wifi do not have any issues.
Any suggestions will be helpful.

This issue is with amazon itself, and one user claimed that he contacted to Amazon regarding this and Amazon Said they know about this issue and they are working on it.

Hope it will be solved soon.

Amazon prime supports only two devices can stream same time, i think that's reason you're unable to watch the Amazon prime properly

Thanks. yes I have shared with other devices but I was using it only on one device at one time while testing.
