Whatever I do I can not switch off AOD. It automatically starts. I want to keep AOD OFF.
Its not working.

Pull down the quick center, tap, "Always On Display" text, then switch it off.

Or set it to, "Show for 10 seconds".

I have set it for schedule 9 am to 3 pm

Go to Settings > Lock screen > Always On Display, make sure you've turned it on/off, and confirm the option you've chosen.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
