Alarm problem

When I set alarm it doesn't appear at the top now bar i need to slide down ..how to solve this ? my device is Samsung s25ultra

1. Settings > Software update > Download and install > Download > Install now.
2. Go to the Settings => select Device Care =>Optimize now.
3. Settings -> General management -> Reset -> Reset all settings -> reset.
4. Go to setting => apps =>Alarm=> storage => clear cache.
