Akg headsets producing very low sound from 1 earbud

my akg headset are not working good and this is not good although i used them rarely as my headphones are better.
one earbud is producing very low sound and other one is ok.
i used them with 3 different phones and 2 laptops so i think the problem is in headsets only.
they didn'teven came in contact with water or any pressure etc.
how can i get them replaced ?

go to samsung service centre and get it exchanged for free as it would still be under warranty.

went to service centre and they said as ur phn has a physical damage we can't replace your headsets.
i mean wtf!!
