I contacted the Samsung Service Center regarding the green line issue on my Galaxy S23FE display, which appeared after an update, but they refused a free screen replacement since my device was out of warranty and claimed it could be related to spill damage or similar causes, refusing to acknowledge that it happened after the update.
As you have already connected with our service team, they have guided you after inspecting the device. According to Samsung policies, please be informed that charges for repair are applicable. We recommend that you kindly coordinate with the service team for any further assistance regarding this matter.
They will ensure you receive original parts at a genuine cost, along with a service invoice.
Based on my continued use and regular updates of the same S23 FE device, I believe the green line issue is unrelated to the software update and is more likely attributable to a hardware malfunction
Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue.
