After september 2021 update the touch response in keypad is giving worst experience in S20 FE. Being a flagship premium phone, this touch experience should be good and that should speak about the brands. Also the heating issues is another worst experience. In normal usage itself the back side near to the camera is getting hot. Sometimes i am getting feel like whether we are holding falgship or cheap phone. Because previously i had some chinese brand (not interested in mentioning the brand because still i have respect on samsung product) in which the touch response was great. Also for past 10 years i have not went to any service centre for any issues when i was holding that chinese brand. When i moved to S20Fe, i expect lot from the phone. Hope samsung will address this issue as soon as possible. Before i bought this phone, i got news that samsung will address their fans issue immediately. Lets hope for the best from samsung.

Try clearing cache of all apps on your phone if it's doesn't works... Install software from service centre once it will surely help ... Don't forget to take backup of your device ....

Khopdike .... Ye sw issue sept patch mei pack hoke aya hai tum jake service center pe apni dang + tym waste krlo kuch nai hoga us se wo b sept vala he flash krke denge ... Files toh wahi rahengi na code toh wahi honge na ..... Ye toh ab jab Samsung New update nikalegi tabhi thik hoga baki tum jitni mrji g a n d ghisalo kuch n krlo thik nahi hoga s20 FE aisa he hai .... Update ayega usi se fix hoga jahan mrji dhkke khalo tym waste krlo data reset nd restore krne mei ghnta farq nai pdega

Thanks for the response but i did factory reset, even after i face this touch issue. Atleast this heating issues is reduced after factory reset but not completely solved. Also i forget to tell about the proximity sensor, its really pathetic. I wonder all these issues are very basic for a phone but in flagship i expected lot but.........
