At the moment , no S22 users have reported about any Lag or any major issues. But battery drain is common for all users who install the One Ui 7 update. samsung will fix it with the next security update for all devices with this month's May security patch update.

Clear the cache partition using recovery mode. That will fix the battery draining issue and may be the lag. I've done that on my s24 and now the battery is working excellent as previous.
