Samsung S10PLUS Got February patch update in Europe and other countries. And rumors says battery issues are being solved after update but I'm very disappointed with face unlock.. it's going same as... let's see, hope will solved in quick interms of time✌.

Please perform the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:

  • Perform the reset settings (settings>>general management>>reset>>reset settings).
  • Check by re-registering the face recognition lock.
  • Run the device in safe mode and check the issue
  • Check the availability of software update

updating 316.58MB with latest update of February patch. but once again I'm disappointed with samsung. the device has been heating in left side of device, after wasting 73,900/ INR with samsung I'm sure I'll be never coming again with this brand in future. I'm totally disappointed with Samsung... what are the use of patch???? if my device is getting worse updates in a row..how can I trust the brand??🙄
such foolish I'm... why I'm spending that's kind of money for the such a cheaper brand🤬🤬
