Advanced Calling and Messaging

There are 2 options under Advanced Calling and Messaging, namely Quick Call Subjects and Call Reason Messages. What's the actual use of these features and how to use them?

oh understood.....advance calling means HD call ...you can video call by LTE, and in advance message you can send video msg,MMS,upto 8000 SMS at a time......I have heard about this but not used
