Galaxy SAt the moment, Japanese transit cards like Suica / PASMO aren’t showing in Samsung Wallet because they use a special NFC system called FeliCa, which is usually supported only on Galaxy models sold in Japan. That’s why the option doesn’t appear on international devices.
If your phone isn’t a Japanese model, you won’t be able to add these cards to Wallet. For travel, the easiest option is to get a physical Suica or PASMO card when you arrive in Japan (available at airport/train stations), they work everywhere for trains, buses, vending machines, and convenience stores.
If your Galaxy is a Japanese variant, then make sure your Samsung account region is set to Japan, and the transit card option should appear.
Hope this clears it up and helps with your trip! ✈️

Galaxy SWe're sorry to hear about your experience.
Kindly note that the Samsung Wallet app is an application that specifically follows the region of the device as it has contracts with the country/ region of the device and that it why it needs to be in the same region of the device and with banks and cards of that country/region.
