Adaptive battery

What's the feature/function of "Adaptive Battery" in s22 ultra or any other samsung device? Does this work like Light Performance or Standard Performance mode in s24 Ultra?

It is battery health protection feature
And light performance device underclocking that means to reduce the device performance

Adaptive Battery feature will give extra standby time? Cuz as I have used it.. it gives lesser battery standby compared to normal usage...

No it does not gives you battery stand by it is only meant to protect battery health

It's work only in the condition when u kept charging in night and forget about charging due to sleep. At that time you use this mode. That means the mobile switch over to maximum mode automatically and stops charging. Until you wake up the screen. When you wake up the screen it continues charging up to 100%. In day time it doesn't work that means switch over to basic mode without your permission.
