Hello All ...

How does "Adaptive Power Saving Mode" under "Automation" in "Device Care" work ? It says it automatically turns Power Saving Mode - ON & OFF.

However in my experience of 4-5 days since I have had the device, I have only seen it turn the Power Saving Mode ON.

Despite using the phone actively and the battery levels being above 60 or 70% it doesn't turn it OFF automatically unless I do it manually. And when I turn off Power Save Mode manually, the Adaptive Power Save under Automation gets disabled. I know I can manually turn Power Saving Mode on as well, but I'll rather like it to be done automatically and save some battery while my phone is idle. But I'm unable to figure out how does this thing automatically deactivates the Power Saving Mode.

Anyone has any suggestions / experience to share ?

In my case it turns on automatically but then never turns off unless it's reconnected to the charger. I'm unable to understand what patterns is it learning because I wouldn't expect the Power Saving Mode to be automatically remaining on while my battery is above 70% and I'm actively using the phone.

Bro then use it for a month and try if it turns off and on automatically
In my case when i start using my phone if my battery usage is high it automatically turns off and when im using apps like whatsapp, insta etc. It doesn't turn off because of low power consumption

Let's see. Yesterday it started automatically when battery level was like 77% and stayed on till I plugged it to charger at night at about 15% battery left. Very strange. Continuous Power Saving Mode from 77% to 15% is actually annoying because I end up using a phone at 60 Hz instead of 120 Hz. At some instances it's okay to save power. But from 12pm till 1:30am in Power Saving Mode is not fun. Samsung's prediction on when the Power Saving Mode is needed is very poor.
