I didn't get any update on my s23+ till now.. I am from Bangladesh. Can anyone tell me why?

Samsung hasn't released it everywhere so I am doubting that Bangladesh rollout still hasn't happened.

I understand but developers of each country need some tuning for their country laws/infrastructure etc..
